How long does it take for my project?
In most cases, we offer a 10 day turnaround of your material. According to the service you require, this time period could be lengthened to 14 days. Rush orders can usually be completed within 3 to 5 days, again, according to the service required. Please call or email for specific time needed to complete your project.
Transcription: Can you identify multiple speakers?
If there are more than two voices on your recording, we require the recording on DVD or CD in order to accurately distinguish one voice from another.
How will my completed transcript be formatted?
Microsoft® Word. For a standard transcript, we use Times New Roman 12-point font. We can also work it out according to your specifications. Each speaker’s text is single-spaced and we double-space between speakers.
If requested, we can e-mail a copy of the completed transcription to any number of recipients. If a printout of your transcript is required, we can supply that at 25¢ a page plus the cost of shipping. For example: 10 page document x $0.25/per page= $2.50 + $4.50 postage and handling = $7.00 per shipment.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept checks, money orders, and credit cards.
When is payment required?
For larger projects such as manuscript preparation, we can work with you by setting up a payment plan with multiple payments. Feel free to call and we will discuss this with you. We request you pay your final bill within two weeks of receiving your project.
