Industry Standard Manuscript Formatting
Although your document may not need to be edited, it might benefit from a professional formatting. Many great would-be books and novels are frequently passed over by publishers simply because the manuscript is improperly formatted. An organized, clean manuscript is always better received by editors.
As a special service of Heard Word Publishing, we take your finished electronic manuscript and convert it into a standard manuscript format for submission to publishers and agents. We ensure that your font, character style, line spacing, paragraph style, page numbers, margins, and layout all meet editor’s expectations. This does not guarantee that your book or short story will sell! However, a well-formatted manuscript is easier to read and has a better chance of rising above File 13 than one that appears to be unprofessional.

Not only will you receive a printed hardcopy, we will also supply you with the complete file on CD or flash-drive. We can also e-mail the file to you. We will automatically format your work in standard manuscript style. The price below includes typesetting, formatting, photocopying, and postage to mail your manuscript to you. Most hand-written manuscripts can be turned around in five to seven days according to the difficulty level of the handwritten word.
